About Daphne.
My journey to becoming a coach ironically began in the world of modeling. I spent the first semester of my junior high school year living in Tokyo, and later moved to New York at 17 to pursue modeling full-time. I built my career little by little, navigating a fiercely competitive environment and trying to find my place within it.
As I grew my network and began to see the achievements I had so badly wanted, I realized I was seeking more than just success—I craved a level of fulfillment, connection, and self-governance that modeling couldn't provide for me. It was during this time that I began sharing my experiences as a model – the highs, the lows, the tough decisions, and the invaluable lessons learned along the way. Through YouTube and other social media platforms I not only built a thriving online presence but also a supportive community that resonated with my journey.
Amidst the challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic, I took the opportunity to channel my experiences as a model into writing my first book, "The Model Manual." It was during this time that I stumbled upon the world of coaching; or rather, perhaps coaching found its way to me. Reflecting on it now, I guess it was a natural progression that aligned with my longing for greater career fulfillment and the desire to provide support and guidance within the modeling industry.
Today, as a certified executive, career, and business coach through Saint Joseph’s University, and with an ACC marker from the International Coaching Federation, I am dedicated to helping individuals find true fulfillment in both their careers and their personal lives.
My coaching philosophy is rooted in authenticity, empathy, and action, guiding clients through mindset shifts, strategic planning, and unwavering accountability.
